Delete your account

Use this page to request deletion of your Fun Charades account and the data linked to it. You don't need the app installed or to be signed in to make this request.

What gets deleted

• The link between your Google Play Games / Apple game-services identity and Fun Charades.
• Your cloud-synced data: coins balance, unlocked decks, VIP entitlement record, and custom decks stored on our servers (including decks you shared by code).
• Your player record in our database.

Deletion is permanent — restored purchases, coins and custom decks cannot be recovered afterwards. We may retain limited records where the law requires it (for example, purchase records for tax purposes). Data kept only on your device is removed by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage.

Note on purchases: deleting your account does not cancel an active VIP subscription — manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Request deletion

Fill this in and it will open a pre-filled email to us from your mail app — send it and we'll verify the request, delete within 30 days, and confirm by reply.
